About Wysteria
Wysteria is a personal story I've been working on since highschool featuring a queer cast of anthropomorphic characters!! A lot of these characters were created during my formative years where I enjoyed expressing myself through making chimeric animal designs but eventually evolved into being a way to air out my feelings as a 20 something neurodivergent queer person and the issues faced from capitalism. It's currently in the rough stages in script writing.
Magnolia is a town that's prided on it's love of life and spring, theming itself off of the flowers that bloom and being a friendly small and isolated community. But when a mysterious pestilence called the wysteria pestis came in and jeopardized it's community, it finally exposes the corruption found underneath and residents start to realize their home is not as paradise filled as they thought it to be. With many things changing about the town, an uprising happening, Kalmia and Cosmo are just trying to get through it and live out their twenties unscathed.
